Instructor Development Officer

The Instructor Development Officer is a new position created to maintain regular contact with ITFNZ Instructors throughout the country.

The IDO can give one on one tuition, assist Instructors with their current syllabus, offer feedback on instructing methods, offer alternative methods of teaching, up skill and offer technical training, encourage instructors to continue their training and gain more knowledge and encourage Instructors to grade to their next level.

It is also to give new Instructors advice and encouragement as they are getting started.
