Please kindly receive the application forms of the 2nd Asian Championship and the 4th ITF-Asia Congress:
1. The Tournament application form are request send back (with photos) on or before 14 June 2010
2. The Umpires application form are request send back (with photos) on or before 14 June 2010
3. The 4th ITF-Asia Congress authorization letter should send back on or 2 July 2010 under ITF-Asia constitution
4. The Hotel Package form are request send back to Master Huy Chief Secretariat VTF tkdvn@yahoo.com.vn on or before 14 June 2010
Please remind foreigner entry Vietnam need valid Visa, Please direct contact Master Huy for any enquiry.
The procedure of Asian Championship and ITF-Asia Congress are as follow :
1. 21 or 22 July (Wed or Thu) - arrive Vietnam
2. 23 July (Fri) - Weight in, Coach meeting, Draw, Umpire Seminar
3. 23 July (Fri) - 4th ITF-Asia Congress
4. 24 (Sat) - Championship
5. 25 (Sun) - Championship and Farewell Party
6. 26 July (Mon) - Departure or Sightseeing
