First Aid at Tournaments

ITFNZ Account Manager at St John is Alan Pine. Alan should be contacted in all instances when booking First Aid coverage for an event. Alan is based at the St John Head Quarters in Mt Wellington, Auckland and can be contacted by one of the following means.

When requesting St John at an event you will need to provide the following details:
Date & Times
Venues
Anticipated number of participants
Anticipated number of spectators.

Please advise St John at least 4 weeks prior to an event where possible.

If you need to set up an account with St John for your region, please use the ITFNZ abbreviation and then your region (this will hopefully prevent us getting mixed up with the other TaeKwon Do associations that use St John.)

When making a reservation for your region, please ensure that all contact details are provided eg postal address for accounts, contact person and phone no#s etc

If booking an event for Auckland North or Counties Manukau please quote the following customer numbers, as both these regions have existing accounts with St John.

Bookings must be confirmed at least 10 working days ahead of your event. If St John do not have 10 working days notice, they may not be able to provide services to one of our events, or additional charges may be applied.

Currently St John have quoted $284.63+GST for 2 First Responders per day.

Alan has been forwarded a copy of the ITFNZ calendar (as per the web) so is aware of our events, however confirmation is still required.
