Thanks goes to all who helped make it a great day. A special thanks to Barbara Bowness and John Coll for  being the two ring Marshals all day. A special thanks also to John Coll for arranging and supervision of the use of the Ohakea Gym - it was a great place to hold our Tournament. Also Congratulations to Mr Motu our Host Instructor, for not only organising the Tournament but also doing so during his exams!  And of course a big thanks to all instructors  to all who officiated - without your help the Tournament would not have happened. 

The biggest thanks goes to the competitors, great skills where seen throughout the day. The Taekwon-Do spirit was evident throughout the day,  especially that of Tanya Katene of Palmerston North Academy, who as it turns out broke her foot during the power break getting second, then went on to special techniques and achieved gold!  It was great to see so many participate in patterns unfortunately making it a long day but a special one.  Can't wait for next years!
