4th ITF World Cup

October 13-17, 2010 - Las Vegas, USA

THE 2010 ITF WORLD CUP HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

ITFNZ members interested in an alternative event may like to consider the Asian Champs (22-23 July in Vietnam) or the US Open (9-10 July).

There is a New Zealand team travelling to the Jamacia for the ISKA World Continental Gold Cup on the 4th July, then onto the World Continental Team Champs on 8th July 2010. This is followed by the US Open whuch anyone can enter.

KIWI TEAM

The 4th ITF World Cup will be held from the 13 – 17 October 2010 in Las Vegas, USA. The tournament is open to 12 year olds and older, blue belt and above. Any members under the age of 18 would have to be accompanied by their parent or caregiver.

Further to our posting on the 17th January 2010. We are pleased to announce the following appointments for the 2010 World Cup Kiwi Team travelling to Las Vegas in October 2010.

To compete in the World Cup your application accepted by ITFNZ first. All those wishing to attend must APPLY HERE BY 1 MARCH 2010

2010 World Cup Coach & Manager
Although this is not a New Zealand Team we would want to have a unified team on arrival to Las Vegas and under one management. An experienced Coach and Manager have volunteered to care take the Kiwi’s in Las Vegas. However, if there is anyone else who is interested in these non – funded roles please forward your expression of interest to us at coaching@itfnz.org.nz by Sunday 24th January 2010.
We will make an appointment and announce it on the Website soon after.

Travel Agent
Our travel agent is Ms Trish Inglis. All participants are encouraged to book flights through Ms Inglis for co-ordinated travel plans here trisha.inglis@travelmanagers.co.nz .
Rules concerning eligibility to compete follow:

• Any ITFNZ member wishing to compete at the 2010 ITF World Cup must register on – line. The World Cup Competitors registration page will be available after 1st February 2010 on the itfnz website.
  
• Applicants details will be available to the soon to be appointed Coach and Manager.
  
• Applicants must be in good standing with the organisation, be over 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian) and agree to all the conditions on the application form.
