A Tournament Training Day is a chance for children to try competing in Taekwon-Do under tournament like conditions - in a fun and safe environment.
The kids can enter in to Patterns, Sparring (strictly non-contact) and special techniques competitions. Winners of each match are announced but there are no draws and no trophies... it just for fun and for experience.
And it's also fundraising for our team to travel to the World Cup later in the year.
