Advertising
on the ITFNZ Website

The ITFNZ has been largely advertising free since its inception in 1996.
Other than promoting our suppliers and sponsors websites, we have intentionally
kept the site free of advertisements. Our site has grown steadily over
the years to the point where we now get over 10,000 unique visitors per
month, a level worthy of significant advertising revenue. Although the
costs of maintaining the website have been kept low, thanks to Webworld
(free hosting), Mr Neil Breen (technical support & scripting) and
Paul McPhail (updates & maintenance), we are planning a significant
overhaul for the near future, and of course there will be costs involved.
For these reasons we are looking into attracting some key advertisers
to our site, at this stage just on one or two pages. As a starting point
we have introduced Google Adsense to the What's new sestion - you
will notice the banner ads on the left side of the page. This is to ascertain
what level of advertising income can be generated from these ads. Please
feel free to support the advertisers by clicking through to their websites.
We will keep you updated with progress. In the meantime if anyone is
interested in advertising on our site, please contact the webmaster for
our current rates.
