Dan-Gun

  • Low block/rising block continuous motion
  • full sinewave  

Do-San

  • Full face before punch
  • 2nd move
  • Foot 45° when stepping to CD line
  • Punches fast motion after kick, no downward motion on 2nd punch
  • Sitting stance at end
  • move foot in arc

Won-Hyo

  • 2nd move
  • open both arms, chestline strike
  • Circular bk, right infront of shoulder
  • Bending stance
  • side facing
  • Thrust
  • don't stop at intermediate position

Yul-Gok

  • 1st move, not slow
  • no twist on two punches
  • Hooking block application to the top of opponent's arm
  • Double FA block starts flat
  • Pivot feet before jumping to X-stance

Joong-Gun

  • Release
  • use both arms
  • Angle punch, no feet off ground
  • U-Shape, bend thumbs, palms up to start
  • Pressing, lower arm bent and hand in slightly

Toi-Gye

  • Pressing/vertical punch, cont. motion
  • full sinewave
  • Vertical punch, fists angled slightly
  • Punches normal speed
  • W-Sp block, arms vertical
  • Backfist not straight back
  • maintain L-stance facing

Hwa-rang

  • Downward strike from outside, don't lift heals
  • Grab, pivot feet 45°, weight 50/50
  • L-stance punching, arm parallel to front foot
  • Lift heals for 2nd side/front block

Choong-Moo

  • No backward motion on b.fist
  • Checking block, keep front elbow down, to front not side

Kwang-Gae

  • Heaven stance
  • hands straight
  • Upset punch
  • gradually increase speed
  • Turn foot 15° before 1st double step
  • Stamping motion
  • foot starts from inner knee then lift like a walking stance in the air
  • shifting back motion = 5cm

Po-Eun

  • Wedging block
  • quite flat - Hor elbow, lower than shoulders
  • Book should read as mov.2 not 20
  • Gae-Baek

  • Checking to front not side
  • Hold twisting kick - Arc hand, no sinewave
  • Pivot feet before jumping to X-stance
  • Front strike straight, loops under arm (just), application for opp. behind
  • Shift foot at same time as TK
  • Upward punch to solar plexus

Eui-Am

  • Downward block about solar plexus
  • Backfist
  • hands apart until last second, infront of face, no twist
  • Downward palm
  • to front
  • Cross arms on ready stance

Choong-Jang

  • Pressing block
  • 15°
  • Twin foreknuckle , no knee bend- just up
  • Fingers open on openfist

Juche

  • Hooking kick
  • hold
  • Downward strike
  • almost straight
  • Flying double punch
  • one arm only
  • Dodging kick
  • stop kick as you land

Sam-Il

  • - Hold sweep
  • Foot goes in/out on rear block
  • Rear foot stance
  • rear foot 15°, front foot 25°

Yoo-Sin

  • Pressing/rising/punch
  • all sinewave, body straight

Moon-Moo

  • Side strike on X-stance
  • side face
  • Side pushing kick - `very fast'
  • Twisting kick - opp. more to front
