Other information

	Conditions of the $500 Grant: The school must operate for at least 12 months after receiving the grant, and be active in ITFNZ events such as gradings. The Instructor must have his/her qualifications up-to-date, i.e. have a current First Aid Certificate and must have attended an Instructor's course within the last two years. The school must be a "new" school. ie Not one that has already been in existence under another name, Instructor or organisation, or transferred from another location. The awarding of the grant is at the discretion of the Technical Director. Instructor Agreement: Please read the Instructor agreement and tick the box below if you agree to accept.
